On the afternoon of September 5, 2016, in order to enhance the comprehensive quality of employees and cultivate talents with professional skills and management knowledge, the company hired Singaporean enterprise management expert Jason to conduct training on how to improve employees' understanding of the importance of teamwork and communication. The expert strengthened the employees' understanding of teamwork through game interaction. Nearly 40 people, including the executive vice general manager, chief engineer, middle-level managers, and team leaders, participated in this training activity.
Experiences from each group's training activities:We have realized that teamwork spirit is extremely important. The division and cooperation in work cannot be achieved without the support of teamwork spirit. Without the support of teamwork spirit, it is difficult to smoothly carry out various tasks. During work, communication among team members is necessary, the division of labor should be clear, everything should be done in an organized and planned manner, one should actively cooperate and work together as a team.
