In order to enhance the operational skills of welding workers and ensure the quality of the company's products, as well as to expand the number of certified technical workers in the company, the company hopes that employees will continuously improve their own capabilities and qualities. It encourages them to participate in training and obtain certificates, and requires them to work with valid certificates. In 2016, the company organized 12 welders to pass the theoretical examination and then also passed the operational skills assessment.
